On 30 December 2016, Granlund Riihimäki Oy acquired the share capital of LVI-Lindroos Oy, a company operating in Hämeenlinna. LVI-Lindroos Oy is a HVAC planning, consulting and monitoring company established in 2009. Its CEO, Tero Lindroos, assumed the role of Head of Planning at Granlund Riihimäki Oy on 2 January 2017. He will gradually take over leadership of the Hämeenlinna unit as Regional Director Voitto Pursiainen is retiring in spring 2017.
”LVI-Lindroos has operated in the Hämeenlinna region for eight years. It was the right time for the company to join Granlund Group. Thanks to the merger, we are now able to offer our customers better building services in terms of planning, consulting and software,” says Tero Lindroos, LVI-Lindroos Oy’s CEO.
