The seminar took place in historical Tändstickpalatset in the centre of Stockholm. Presentations covered theory and practise of long term planning for managing property maintenance.
Professor Hans Lind discussed how important long term planning is in real estate business and how it should be done. CEO of Ebab Installationsteknik Charlotte Burmester reflected her thoughts about how to reduce risk in property management.
Property Manager Håkan Nyman from Shopping Centre Forum brought more practical view to the conversation as he told how Forum use Granlund Manager for reducing the maintenance management costs.
Key point in the seminar was to highlight the importance of long term planning which is the only way to make property management more predictable and controlled.
