Mepco and Granlund signed a partner agreement regarding Granlund Manager sales in Lithuania at the end of last year. Now the engineering company, based in Vilnius, has signed the first customer agreement. The customer is Lords LB Asset Management, a company that focuses on real estate and private equity investment strategies.

The first building with Granlund Manager system implemented is the k29 office building in Vilnius. Situated at the heart of Vilnius, k29 is an eye-catching business centre combining distinctive architecture and modern style. The premises are equipped with chilled beams and high end automatic ventilation, heating and air handling systems.
The Granlund Manager modules taken into use, in the first phase, are the maintenance plan and service requests. The tenants will add their service requests and service providers will handle them. The Facility maintenance company will use electronic maintenance plan and notes. The next module that will be taken into use is energy.
Mepco organized a user training for all the tenants in the k29 building in April. The training was focusing on the service request process.
Mepco’s customers have a vast representation of property owners & public sector in Lithuania. Mepco has introduced Granlund Manager to its customers during this spring, and the response has been very positive.
– The software has been translated into Lithuanian language recently, which has made it even more attractive for local customers. One of our international customers has just started a pilot project with 10 buildings and plans to expand to full portfolio at the end of this year, explains Mindaugas Simkus, General Manager of Mepco.
