FM EXPO Saudi 2017 is the country’s new exhibition and congress dedicated to the facilities management industry. Event is arranged first time and by the organizers of The Big 5 Saudi and FM Expo Dubai.
For Granlund Manager team the main talking points at the event are savings in costs and energy and taking control over building asset data. Team is also eager to find information about potential partners and organisations operating in the area.
“We want to tell how we help our customers around the world. For example how we can help save up to 30 percent of buildings energy costs within three months or how to save up to 100 million euros per year in costs related to operating premises”, regional manager Jyrki Pikkarainen explains.
Saudi Arabia’s facility management market is evolving quickly because of the new infrastructure projects, higher rates of outsourcing and ambitious regulatory plans.
”We are really excited to take part of the event. There are so many interesting exhibitors, great speakers and good program and we fit in perfectly. We expect to meet lots of people and have good conversations with them. Especially it’s important to us to stir up interest among property owners to learn how to save costs and energy in their buildings”, Pikkarainen continues.
