The service is not tied to a specific location and thus it reduces unnecessary traveling from one place to another and eliminates intermediate steps in data management. It will speed up the response time and enable the prioritization of tasks, which the user of the facilities will see as improved quality of service.
The application is based on a device-independent, browser-based HTML5 technology and is compatible with several different devices. Mobile use supports the following functions:
