Granlund has been active in the Chinese market helping companies to save costs and energy with its Granlund Manager CMMS software. Granlund is now enlarging its services into developing energy efficient ice rinks.
China puts large efforts into the development of winter sport facilities for the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022 – for example hundreds of new ice rinks need to be built. To achieve goals made, China’s leading real estate developer Vanke decided to work together with Finnish building technology designer Granlund. Agreement strives towards environmentally friendly and energy efficient ice rinks.

Granlund has already a strong position in the Chinese market with its CMMS software that helps to save costs and energy in buildings. In China Granlund Manager customers include companies like ABB China and Radisson BLU Beijing.
