Granlund hosts a BIM seminar in Vilnius, Lithuania on 26 April – Register now!

Granlund is hosting a free seminar on Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Facility Management in the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius on 26 April 2018. The seminar titled “Contemporary systems for effective workplace and building management” will cover central and current topics in real estate management and facility maintenance.

Building owners are looking into using Building Information Modeling BIM not only as a part of design and construction processes, but as a tool to use in the entire lifecycles of facilities. With Granlund´s collaborative, easy-to-use Computer Aided Facility Management system, Granlund Manager, it is possible to save costs and energy, as well as effectively manage the building asset data throughout the building´s operational lifecycle.

Granlund´s Technology Director Tero Järvinen will open the seminar by a real BIM project demonstration with Granlund Manager followed by Mepco´s CEO Mindaugas Šimkus´s introduction to controlling reactive and preventive energy maintenance with modern IT systems and Real Estate Management software.  Before the open discussion, Rainer Lund, Head of International Sales from Rapal, will speak about managing and developing real estate portfolio data and cost-efficient workplaces.
