Granlund Consulting Oy is celebrating its second year in business on 1 June 2017. The company was established two years ago to bring together the consulting businesses in Granlund Group, and it has grown rapidly ever since. The company now employs 72 consultants and it serves customers in energy and environmental consulting, asset management, user facilities services, cost management and advisory services.
High-quality, customer-oriented service is the cornerstone of Granlund Consulting’s operations. ”It is important to us that our customers are satisfied and feel that our services provide them with added value for their businesses. We constantly measure customer satisfaction and take immediate action on the basis of feedback,” says CEO Miia Anttila. The company’s customer satisfaction, measured on a scale of 1 to 5, has remained over 4.3 throughout its two years in business, and the company aims to hold onto this satisfaction. ”Our personnel also receive immediate feedback from customers. Our customers feel that we speak the same language and our major strengths lie in development tasks,” Anttila adds.
”Happy and healthy employees can be good consultants for happy and healthy customers.” This is the view at Granlund Consulting. In addition to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction is an important metric for the company. ”This year, our personnel survey measured employee satisfaction at 4.3 on a scale of 1 to 5. We take care of personnel well-being and it is important to us that our employees enjoy their work,” Anttila says.
