The International Hotel Facility Design and Management Summit in Shanghai on November 20, 2018 was organised jointly by the China Association of Energy Efficiency and the China Hotel Facility Management Professional Committee.
Altogether more than 100 international and local Chinese hotel operators, as well as building owners attended the event.
Improving the efficiency of hotel maintenance
Granlund was one of the summit´s key sponsors. The Granlund stand concept was to demonstrate the multifaceted and easy-to-use facility management software Granlund Manager and how it can improve the efficiency of hotel maintenance.
The Granlund team connected with many local and international hotels, as well as discussed potential partnerships with other vendors.
A great forum for discussions
“The summit was a great forum where we were able to interact and have direct discussions with many hotel chains that operate in China. We were able to learn about the problems and challenges the engineering staff and building owners are currently having in their hotel maintenance operations,” says David Leff-Hallstein, Granlund’s Sales Director in China.
“This was a great opportunity for us to learn about the client´s needs and discuss the benefits Granlund Manager would bring to their unique situations. We were also happy to be able to let the hotels know about the great achievements we have been having this year with our hotel implementations in the region,” adds Leff-Hallstein.
