Mepco has a vast clientele of property owners & public sector in Lithuania. The company provides its customers energy auditing and Building Information Modelling (BIM) design engineering services.

Mepco has found a lack of a modern facility management solution in Lithuania, which in turn has resulted in the cooperation with Granlund.
