Granlund Manager Building Performance software gains new features

In the future, Granlund Manager Building Performance will also make efficiency calculations for heating networks and various types of cooling network.

The Granlund Manager Building Performance software now has more content. The software has already increased transparency by providing indicators of the energy efficiency of ventilation machines, indoor conditions and the functionality of building services. During the spring, major improvements were made and new features were implemented to monitor temperatures in various networks; these features have already been connected up to the first client sites.

In the future, Granlund Manager Building Performance will also make efficiency calculations for heating networks (hot water, radiators and ventilation) and various types of cooling network.

The measurements can be supplemented by data such as figures on the temperature drop in district heating networks (and also the temperature rise in district cooling networks) and monitoring of hot water, which can be used to verify that regulation is working, and monitoring of heating networks in order to optimise set values. Network pumps can also be brought within the scope of monitoring to reveal when and how much the pumps are used.

As such, the property’s energy efficiency will improve as the Granlund Manager Building Performance software becomes better connected into operational processes and provides owners with added value.
